what you'll do as a host
Lead Group Runs:
You’ll plan and facilitate local group runs – from casual jogs to training-focused sessions – ensuring everyone has a great experience.
Create a Welcoming Enviroment and build community:
Support and Encourage Participants:
As a leader, your goal is to make all runners feel comfortable, motivated, and excited. You'll foster camaraderie, build connections, and create a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for everyone, from seasoned marathoners to first-time runners.
Host, you'll be the go-to person for encouragement, advice, and support during the run. Your positive energy and enthusiasm will help everyone stay engaged and inspired.
